From the first concept to the final product, we lay foundations for success already at the stage of mould design and manufacture. Central planning takes place in the CAD/CAM centre, where all functional analyses and virtual tests are carried out. Together with our development team and external service providers, we develop moulds for single- and multi-component injection moulding, as well as for special surfaces refined and finished in compliance with high quality standards in subsequent processes.
An extensive machine park allows us not only to ensure a comprehensive maintenance of all active moulds, but also to reconstruct and repair all used tool components in a very short time without having to rely on external service providers. Our tool shop in Strzelce Opolskie uses the following processes and technologies:
