Injection

Injection moulding processes, as part of the complex processing of plastics, are usually the basis for further sophisticated finishing stages (especially painting) or, in the case of our very extensive 2K production, they are very important in providing our customers with high quality products with minimum target ppm levels.

The entire injection moulding process is the interplay between the mould design, the ideal maintenance of machines and tools, and the technological know-how of our engineers and technicians aimed at constantly maintaining optimal process parameters.

We process the following plastics using 1-component, 2-component and 3-component technologies:

  • Thermoplastic materials (ABS, PE, PP, POM, PC, PA, PMMA, PBT, PC / ABS, PC / PA)
  • Thermoplastic elastomers (TPE, SEBS)
  • Elastomers (silicone rubber)

We have 80 injection moulding machines manufactured by such global specialists as ARBURG, KRAUS MAFFEI, BABYPLAST and LS MTRON with closing forces ranging from 10 to 1800 t. The machines are connected via a central material feed system and an integrated MES system for optimal monitoring of process parameters and cycle times. Many of our machines, especially in the 2K area, are equipped with high-speed turntables to ensure maximum cost efficiency with large quantities produced. A considerable number of our machines are powered by electricity and in addition to low energy consumption, they offer better options for controlling process stability. Each year we supply our customers with 70 to 100 million finished parts manufactured “in-house” on the following machines:
