We are a Polish company from Strzelce Opolskie and one of the most complex and technologically advanced plastic material processing enterprises in Poland cooperating with many international corporations. Our factory is located in the Opole region, close to one of the largest European automotive production clusters in Upper Silesia, near the A4 and A1 motorways. Almost 100% of all our production employees come from Strzelce Opolskie or its nearest vicinity. Due to the location of our plant in the town centre, many employees come to work on foot, ride by bicycle or drive by car. The majority of our employees are employed on a permanent basis. We cooperate with external temporary workers only in the case of special projects or seasonal peaks of demand for labour. Over 85% of our management and engineering staff also live in the Opolskie and Śląskie provinces. The technological requirements for our products always allow us to find new and innovative engineers looking for challenges in the area of modern plastics processing.

Although for several years we have been observing a tendency to employ foreign temporary workers in Poland, we have always focused on building and developing our own team. We do not follow short term trends, but focus on our company’s putting down strong roots in the region.
